Delivery, exchanges and returns

At checkout, you can choose from the delivery methods available for your region and see which delivery times apply. We strive to always have all our goods in stock. Should a product not be available for immediate delivery, it is clearly stated on the product and at checkout. If certain parts of your order cannot be delivered immediately, you are welcome to contact us and we will help you arrange a partial delivery or a similar item. If we are unable to meet the agreed delivery time due to the item being sold out, we will contact you.

 


DELIVERY
After you have completed your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to you. Sometimes order confirmation can end up in the spam, so feel free to look there if you do not find it at your email address. Feel free to read it and check that all information is correct. When your order is ready for delivery from our warehouse, a delivery confirmation will also be sent to you at the email address you entered at checkout. We try to always send an order as soon as possible. When an order is sent out, you must redeem the package / letter within 14 days from the post, then it is returned to us. In the case of an unredeemed postal package / postal letter, an invoice of SEK 300 is sent to cover our costs.

 

CHANGE
All returns must be returned and received by us within 14 days of receipt as follows:


Pack the item (still sealed) well in the same package / bag that it came in. Alternatively, use your own packaging / box. Send the order form (the one you received in the package) together with your order to:

Submit the package at the nearest post office. Keep the receipt because the mail gives you a tracking page.
Place a new order for what is desired.

 

 


RETURN
